The TG-200L chemical fiber high-speed granulator is a device that directly granulates waste thermoplastic films and products with a wall thickness of less than 2 millimeters. It can agglomerate waste products or films of soft polyvinyl chloride, high and low pressure polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, and other thermoplastic plastics, as well as granulate waste products of expanded polystyrene. After the waste is put into the machine pot, it is quickly cut into pieces by the high-speed rotating blade and the fixed blade's shearing effect. The chopped material or piece flows along the wall of the pot under the centrifugal force of the rotating blade, and at the same time, the material is flipped up and down by the bottom slurry, moving from the center of the pot in all directions. Due to the friction between the materials themselves and the friction with the pot wall and blades at high speed, a large amount of frictional heat is generated, causing the material temperature to quickly rise to a semi plasticized state and adhere to each other into small pieces. Before the material is about to clump, a predetermined amount of water is sprayed into the material. Cold water meets the hot material and quickly vaporizes, taking away the surface heat of the material. This rapidly cools the material surface. Prevent clumping, Then, through the crushing action between the rotating blade and the fixed blade, it is chopped into particles (irregularly sized granules). During the shredding process, appropriate pigments can also be added for coloring as needed. The granules produced by this chemical fiber granulator can be directly used for extruders and injection machines. For products with strict requirements, they can also be first extruded and granulated before use.
